Pep Talk: Whether your schedule is fully booked or blissfully empty, you don’t have to run around like a crazy person today. Give yourself permission to have a full day, minus the tension. Try paying close attention to your breathing and, at any free chance you get, close your eyes and remember how grateful you are.
