Ignore the little voice.
Jealousy can take many forms like suspicion, insecurity, or even hatred. It’s an unpleasant feeling to be jealous. When the little voice in your head tries to make you jealous of someone or insecure in your relationship, remember that that voice lies! That voice is not you. That voice would love to make you feel like crap and escalate your jealousy to the point that you’re keeping the torsos of former lovers hidden in your crawl space. When the voice goes negative, you’ve gotta go positive. You are just a special as anyone. Unless there’s damning evidence (corroborated by someone that’s not in your head) don’t go fucking up a good relationship because of jealous paranoia. You’ll be happier if you engage in confident self talk and ignore the jealous little voice.
Today remind yourself: Ignore the little voice.
