You can admit your fears.
When you recognize and admit your fears it empowers you to get to the root of them and work around them. You can then decide if it makes sense to spend your time being scared of that particular thing. The decision is yours and yours alone, and your friends will respect your choice. Admitting your fears takes guts and, coincidentally, it’s the first step to recovery. :) Today remind yourself: I can admit my fears.
