You have good ideas and meaningful suggestions. You know your rights and you refuse to accept less than what you deserve. Because you’re a generally easygoing and likable person, some might assume that you needn’t be taken seriously. Those people are wrong and they have no idea who they’re dealing with. If you’re the leader, they’d better fucking fall in.
