Pep Talk: Putting on clothes and leaving the house. It sounds like a bad idea at first, but it’s so crazy it just might work. You don’t have to burden yourself with a plan for what you’ll do once you get outside your home and, even if you have a plan, you don’t have to stick to it. You just have to fill your life with experiences that bring you joy. Those experiences are a little more likely to happen when you’re wearing clothes and doing things.
