Pep Talk: Today, we take the first step in the direction of our goal. Be your goal fitness related, monetary, relationship building, or whatever, take a tiny positive step right now! For example: If you do a thing of push ups right now, that’s the start. Tomorrow you can decide to do another thing of push ups and, before you know it, you’ll have muscles (hot, sexy, oil covered muscles) and you’ll be so glad you started when you did. Today remind yourself: I’m starting…now!
