Pep Talk: So it seems you’ve gone as far as you can go with your end of the project and now you just have to wait for feedback before you can continue. This is a nerve-racking part of the process of collaboration, but thankfully it’s legit. You’re not doing nothing and your fate is not totally at the mercy of your teammates. You’re continuing your work in other ways. You can maintain an active stance. The ball is still in your court and things will turn out just how they‘re meant to.
